Max Wilbert is a community organizer, wilderness guide, and co-founder of the anti-mining group Protect Thacker Pass. He currently works with the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund. Max is the co-author of the book Bright Green Lies: How The Environmental Movement Lost Its Way and What We Can Do About It , and writes a newsletter called Biocentric.
