Maga Miranda is a postdoctoral fellow in Chicana/o-Latina/o Studies at Pomona College in Claremont, CA. She is Chicana scholar with deep roots in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. Maga is an editor at Spectre. She is working on a book, Intimate Data: Latina Workers and the Data-Driven Politics of Care, that examines how contemporary regimes of documentation govern relations of care and what immigrant Latinas have to teach us about reclaiming autonomy over both our data and our intimate lives.
