Mawn is President of the National Association for Community Mediation and CEO of Intuitive Synergies, a consulting firm that supports systemic change via cultural intuitiveness and power differentials.  Madhawa Palihatihiya is a researcher, lecturer and practitioner in conflict resolution, and Senior Fellow at the UMass Boston Center for Peace, Democracy, and Development.  Prabha Sankaranyaran is President and CEO of Mediators Beyond Borders International, co-leading MBBI’s partnership with Rotary International.   All three convened the Trust Network in 2020 as the first national civilian early warning, early response platform for political violence.
