Here is what that monumental historical act will also immediately accomplish.
* Mumia Abu Jamal released from slow executions at a barbarous Pennsylvania State Prison.
* NYPD stops stopping and frisking.
* Police Officers who have shot and killed unarmed young Black and Latino men over the past 25 years tried for murder by special prosecutors picked by Spike Lee and tried before juries of African-Americans, also picked by Spike Lee.
* All one million Black inmates in American prisons released, and millions more released from probation, parole and will be immediately registered to vote, followed by release of Latino inmates.
* All persons entitled to a job at no less than $15 minimum wage.
* All prisons pay inmates $15 minimum wage and will make immediate restitution of all unpaid inmate labor for the past 25 years at $15 per hour.
* All prison inmates immediately registered to vote.
* All persons vote without hindrance.
* Prior incarceration shall not be a bar to employment.
* The qualifications for being a police officer changed to require high school graduation and a Bachelor’s degree in the humanities.
* All Black and Latino people immediately registered to vote.
* Forty acres and a Caterpillar tractor or its equivalent given to all African-Americans, Latino/as and Native Americans.
* Voluntary military is replaced with the draft which has the effect of creating a built-in structural anti-war base by giving breath to anti-draft movements.* Medicare for All
* All social spending cuts dating back to Clinton repealed, including welfare reform.
* All student loan debt eliminated.
* Free public education and college tuition and no sneaking around with lab charges and expensive textbooks and charter schools and religious segregation academies.
* All standardized testing eliminated from public schools.
* Faculties of public schools and colleges and universities govern by direct democracy and hire and fire administrators, not vice versa.
* Angela Davis the first female ever to appear on the twenty dollar bill.
* Tar Sands and Keystone XL shut down along with all coal mines and coal-fired electric plants and all Koch Industries-owned refineries.
* Churches and foundations are taxed at every level except for historically Black congregations, and no fucking around with that, either.
* All elected officials dismissed from office and prohibited from ever holding any public office again and new elections are called from sea to shining sea in districts that are simultaneously compact and contiguous and respect natural boundaries.
* The states of Oklahoma north to Canada along with Utah and Arizona and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan shall be returned to Native American tribes. And this is just the beginning.
* The one-person, one-vote principle shall be immediately applied to corporations with one-shareholder, one-vote, and no fucking around with 16th second cousins 32 times removed… .
* Cities shall immediately be entitled to one US Senator for every 500,000 people in its Metropolitan Statistical Area. Congressional districts shall be drawn beginning with the MSA and going outward. The Senate increased to whatever accommodates the MSA for cities and the House increased to 2,000. If they all have to meet in the downtown Washington arena, then so be it.
* Financial transaction tax of $1 per share per trade except for small investors and no fucking around about who is a small investor and who isn’t: No daisy chains.
* The entire US Air Force, US Navy US Army and US Marines stands down overseas, stops bombing Black and Brown people, and retire to no further east than the mid-Atlantic and no further West than the mid-Pacific and all overseas military bases closed
* Citizens United repealed and corporations declared to be “NOT persons, my friend.”
* The Glass-Steagall New Deal-era bank regulation law that Bill Clinton repealed and which directly led to the 2008 financial collapse reinstated.* Top tax rate restored to 90% as it was during the Eisenhower administration.
* Teachers freed to teach and students freed to learn.
* Democracy in all the workplaces: workers govern by direct democracy and hire the managers not vice versa.
* Nationalize the banks and then break them up into state and municipal banks.
* The top 30 Per Cent of all executives of banks over the past 25 years arrested and imprisoned in the high California desert.
* War Criminals George W. Bush, Richard H. Cheney, Barak Hussein Obama, William Jefferson Clinton, and thousands of others are incarcerated in the Dallas Cowboys football stadium awaiting transport to the War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague.
