Re: Call for help

Hi Brian

I've been doing Linux for about three years, C++ since the first DOS
compiler came out, and I have done some development under MS-Windows (I
wrote a VXD in 32-bit assembler for a custom keyboard designed for persons
with spinal cord injuries or other motion impairments. I also co-developed
a large print software system for DOS that actually sold quite well.

I am using Caldera Linux, and just recently upgraded to egcs. Caldera
seems pretty similar to Red Hat. Everything on the CD-ROM comes in a .rpm
package.

I've done some C and C++ stuff under Linux, involving sql, html, and cgi.

I have been interested for a long time in woking on a speech package for
text-mode Linux. I have also been interested in x-windows programming, but
have never tried it.

I'd like to be involved in this. Please let me know what I can do to help.

I do work full time and have a young family, so time and energy are limited.
