Is slw free?

Hey all,

Ok: I'v finally seen the light, and gotten fed up with this thing named
redhat, that thinks it's linux...

I don't have cash to burn, and I'm willing to cut corners where necessary.
I'm thinking of going with slakware...

What I want to know: 1) where is the latest downloadable version (on
sunsite, or does slw have a page somewhere?); and 2) is the entire system
downloadable?--Rhl has a few packages that you can't get on the web/ftp
(or so they say); does slw do the same thing?
