DoubleTalk Emacspeak status report

I have uploaded emacspeak-dt-0.22.tar.gz to the blinux ftp archives at
leb.net.  I have found several errors in buffer handling, and the
driver seems much more stable now.  Please give it a test.

The handshaking logic in doubletalk_get_acknowledgement still aren't
right.  I'm working on it.
