They are in the blinux ftp archive at ftp://leb.net/pub/blinux and the
blinux web page at http://leb.net/blinux

If you have the DoubleTalk PC (internal DoubleTalk), pick up a copy of
the device driver, dtlk-1.9.tar.gz, too.

Emacspeak is (obviously) at the emacspeak web page too, but they don't
have my DoubleTalk software.
