Re: Installing redhat linux 4.0



Well, I had no problems running slakware setup from a terminal; I just
booted with the boot, and root disks I needed, logged in as "root", ran
The following commands (with out speach):

rm /etc/securetty
cat >/etc/securetty
tty0
tty1
tty2
tty3
tty4
tty5
tty6
ttyS0
ttyS1
^d
agetty 38400 ttyS0 vt100

Then, from my terminal (a myna), I ran fdisk, mkawp, setup, etc.
