Hi Blinuxers,

a "no hack" version of the beeping login prompt is available now
at the Blinux File Archive. The standard RPM packages were modified 
so you'll hear a beep when your Linux box is waiting for your login
and password. SuSE users beware: SuSE 5.3(6.0?) uses another login binary.

You'll find the source packages (*.src.rpm) there too.
SuSE users beware: Don't install util-linux because SuSE 5.3(6.0?) 
uses another login binary.
