MBROLA voice files get new numbering

The MBROLA voice files get a new numbering scheme I just now saw.
The production date can be seen from the outside now. No more scanning of
files necessary. Automatic mirror at leb.net should upgrade to the new
files during  24hrs. If you want to download voice files, 
please be sure that the mirroring procces has completed (File size is
stable during two quests).
