README of emacspeak-accent-tcl:
-------------------------------
Emacspeak-accent-tcl A speech interface for the Accent SA and compatible
synthesizers for Emacspeak.

T. V. Raman, <raman@adobe.com> wrote the Emacspeak system. All questions
concerning Emacspeak should be directed to him or to the emacspeak mailing
list. T. V. Raman is not responsible for the accent SA and compatible
driver and all questions, concerns, problems, and suggestions should be
directed to Jack Chen <jackchen@pa.dec.com>

This code was originally written by T. V. Raman for the Dectalk Express
synthesizer. It was then adapted by Jim Vanzandt for the Double Talk line
of synthesizers. It was then further modified for the Accent SA and
compatible synthesizers, including the Artic line of serial interface
synthesizers, like the Artic Transport.

This version is a very first go at this driver, and must be further
developed to improve on several of the major features of T. V. Raman's and
Jim Vanzandt's drivers. See the TODO file if you would like to help modify
this. If you decide to modify this, please contact me, Jack Chen,
<jackchen@pa.dec.com>, so I can incorporate any changes on future
releases.
