Screader 1.6 - improved

Hi all,

Now available is version 1.6 of screader.
This version will speak out all the punctuation marks. Some speech
synthesizers has trouble speaking out for example the [ mark. Screader now
converts every punctuation mark to words, so that you hear the marks
irrespective of which synthesizer you use.

This version has also a direct reviewing mode. In this mode each
review-command can be given without the alt-key, so that reviewing
the screen is easier. When the `z'-key is pressed, screader goes back
to application mode, so that you can work with your application again.

In the obsolete versions of screader the line-speak mode was switch off
by default. I didn't realize that this was not easy, so in this 1.6
version the line-speak mode is switched on by default.

Also the auto-speak mode is switched on by default, so that screader will
speak out every character being typed.
