abt320 4.0 - Alva driver uploaded

Hi all,

Now available abt320 version 4.0.
This is a Linux driver for the Alva Braille Terminal series 3 and 4.
This version, at last, automatically determines if you use a 20, 40 or 80
columns terminal.
This version includes cut/paste facilities too and of course a
small version of screader, the screen reader.
