TCL Emacspeak Braille 'n Speak speech server

Gentlemen -

I have uploaded to the blinux ftp site

           emacspeak-bs-tcl-1.2.tar.gz
	   emacspeak-bs-tcl_1.2-1_all.deb

which is a new Emacspeak speech server for the Braille 'n Speak, this
time in TCL. It supports Emacspeak versions 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0. The
file should be available as soon as Gregory moves it out of the
incoming directory. I assume it will go to
pub/blinux/emacspeak/blinux. In the mean time, it is also available
on my web page, http://www.mv.com/ipusers/vanzandt.

The first file is a source package, but no compilation is needed.
Just do this:

	tar -xzf emacspeak-bs-tcl-1.2.tar.gz
	cd emacspeak-bs-tcl-1.2
	./configure
	make install

then set the environment variable:

	DTK_PROGRAM=dtk-bs
	export DTK_PROGRAM

The second file is a Debian package, which you install as usual like this:

	dpkg -i emacspeak-bs-tcl_1.2-1_all.deb

There is some additional discussion in
/usr/doc/emacspeak-bs-tcl/README.debian.

I will work on a Red Hat package next.

Different voices are apparently not working in this release. I
decided it was more important to get something working out the door,
and return Bob Gildea's BnS, than to spend any more time trackin this
down. If you notice other problems, please let me know.
