alpha copy of mbrola_server released.

g'day all.
I've just put an alpha copy of mbrola_server up on my ftp site.

ftp://ftp.progsoc.uts.edu.au/users/bart/mbrola_server/

still not the finished product, it is useable.

there are still several serious bugs however, one of which is the fact that core files are left lying arround.

i've put it up as i don't have much time to work on it at the moment and thought that i may as well make it available for anyone who wants to take a look.
if you fix any bugs, please send me patches etc.
