New (old) MBROLA voice files available.

The following voice files, available at the Blinux FTP site
ftp://leb.net/pub/blinux/mbrola/tcts.mirror/VOICES do not 
run with the latest MBROLA speech synthesizer binary
available for Linux. They need a mbrola-3.x version, 
which is yet to come for Linux:

en1.zip  5600 Kb    Tue Mar  3 14:57:00 1998   British male voice 
es1.zip  1964 Kb    Tue Mar  3 10:03:00 1998   Spanish male voice
nl2.zip  12910 Kb   Wed Mar  4 11:15:00 1998   Netherlands male voice

Therefore the older voice files which work fine under Linux 
are available again in the mbrola/blinux/VOICES directory if needed.
