[Usenet-moderators] Anyone know if misc.test.moderated is still operational?

I just got reports of two different people with two different providers 
whose posts aren't getting to the moderated groups I co-moderate. So I 
suggested they try posting to misc.test.moderated to verify that their 
Usenet service provider is properly forwarding posts through the 
moderators.isc.org relays and that the problem isn't just at my end 
(posts through other providers are getting through). But I have a 
sinking feeling m.t.m is no longer operating. Anyone know the scoop on 
that group or who is handling that group anymore?
