[Oman-L] The Oman Experience?

Hi there,
I am a physiotherapist from the U.K and really want to work in Oman in the next 2 years. I joined this mailing system to get in contact with people who are living there - specifically Muscat (as this is where I want to work). Could some of you please mail me with advice on costs of living, accommodation, climate, food, activities and the general culture - as I have heard that it is a great country to live in, with the best healthcare system in the Middle East and the 8th best healthcare system in the world.
