**GALFAR wins RO11m Khasab Port contract
Galfar has won a contract to develop a multipurpose port at Khasab in 
the Musandam Governorate at a cost of RO11.003 million. The facility, 
when completed in early 2004, is expected to transform this northernmost 
town of the Sultanate into a vibrant hub for regional trade and cruise-ship

**Oman and Germany to sign pact on double taxation
