[oman-l] export regulations on beachfound shells?

Hello everybody,

My wife and I are planning to visit Oman in the next future. We also
want to collect shells at different beaches in Oman.
We want to know if there are any export-regulations on beachfound
shells.
If so, is it possible to obtain a permit?
Should we contact a ministry? (Fisheries?)
