Oh! Yes he does.  I took my start point from her query ..

I can't QUITE recall where the souk is in Medinat al Sultan
Qaboos.  The sort of (ghastly) shopping I desribed I tried
to describe is the sort of shopping that I think someone who
hankers after Medinat al Sultan Qaboos would like.
