Dear Norbert,

Thanks a million for your receipe and great help!  Your receipe look great from
here!  Your receipe is going right to my Chef at the Hotel.  We have translations for
different special ingredients and terms for all ove the world, he should be able to
figure it out.  Our boss (the man from Oman) is on the run for over a month now in
the US, I'm sure he and family will appreciate something close to home
cooking....Just cannot thank you enough for your help!
