[oman-l] Demography

I'm a geographer looking into the possibility of doing some demographic
research in Oman, a country I have not worked in before (up to now my
work has been on Syria).  I'm particularly interested in Oman's
population/family planning policies and in internal spatial differences
in demographic characteristics.  Since I am new to the country and
topic, I'm trying to establish contact with anyone who is working on
population matters.  I'd especially like to hear from Omani
demographers.  Any suggestions/contacts would be most welcome.  Thanks.
