I heared that it is around RO800 a year for the 2nd and the 3rd grades. The
government will pay around 70% and the parents would pay around RO240.
According to my frend,who came back from Oman on Jan.23, is saying that is
not officilly announced yet.  You may need to wait unless someone has
another point.
