This was also of interest to me.  In fact, I sent a couple faxes to the
Omani Office of Information in Muscat [tel. 968-601-638] (in mid-November
and again in mid-December) asking for copies of the constitution in
English and Arabic but never got any response whatsoever.  Is there
something that they don't want non-Omanis to know?  Fortunately we did
receive a partial translation posted by on November 7 by Osamah (let's 
hear it for Osamah!).
