Sign or Else

Declaration of Allegiance to the State of Israel

By FEDERICO MOSCOGIURI

I, the undersigned, dutifully swear, under penalty of persecution and/or indefinite detention and/or extrajudicial execution, that neither I, nor my family members, nor anyone wishing to defend my rights posthumously, will hold the Israeli state or army responsible if any members of the IDF (Israeli Defence Force) undertake unilateral action resulting in my death, or otherwise adversely affecting my health. Such action is understood to include:

Unprovoked and/or arbitrary shooting
Any disproportionate use of force
Sudden, unannounced and/or arbitrary house demolition
Arbitrary detention for undisclosed reasons
Other forms of ill-treatment and/or abuse not covered above

I hereby declare that I am not a peace activist, that I am not a so-called "human rights" advocate, and that I will not undertake or abet any actions that could remotely be construed as pacifist or critical of the Israeli army or Israeli government policies.

I believe that any overt or covert criticism directed in any manner to the state of Israel is a serious offence, punishable by a penalty to be determined entirely by the arresting officers and/or relevant Israeli authorities.

I defend the right of the Israeli army to arbitrarily detain, beat, shoot or humiliate any foreigner, Palestinian or person of Arab origin who may possibly be or conceivably become a suicide bomber or islamic militant some time in the future, and to arbitrarily demolish the homes of Palestinian families - regardless of the number of people inside or of their ability to escape - on unfounded suspicions of participation in terrorist activities or of hate speech directed against Israelis and people of Jewish origin, or simply as a means to clear land for the construction of future Israeli settlements.

I believe that the so-called "right" of the Palestinian people to self-determination is a myth and a cynical ploy, and I reject and denounce all arguments that support any Palestinian claim to the land rightfully belonging to people of Jewish blood and ancestry as a shameless distortion of history, and anti-Semitic propaganda. I moreover defend the right of Israeli settlers to occupy the so-called "disputed" territories and expand their settlements to include the entirety of the West Bank and Gaza - flushing out or otherwise disposing of the Palestinian population as necessary - as the Israeli people's God-given right, and deplore the use of the term "Occupied Territories", or any references to UN Resolution 242.

I defend that any person found guilty (including by hearsay) of directly or indirectly substantiating Palestinian versions of events through, inter alia, the argument that they are forced to live in fear, appalling conditions and general abject destitution under discriminatory measures and foreign military control, should be immediately expelled, arrested, shot, and/or otherwise prevented from continuing to spread anti-Semitic falsehoods, and I defend the right of the Israeli army to use any means at its disposal to ensure that this is done.
