the women unknown
the wanted few

a brother who
when the times were tough
used his street sense
and played it rough
smuggled weather around the land
insisted the panthers had a plan

it started on one new year’s eve
the plot to stop the war
richard daley and his centurions
they vowed to shut that door
revolution for the hell of it
came out of woodstock nation

emma goldman and her dancing
was one of the inspirations
lsd and reefer madness
could turn around the nation
the yippies in the afterworld
will add to their celebration.
